This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we gather, utilise, reveal, and exchange personal information (as defined below) from individuals who browse, access, or provide information on or through the Company's website and mobile sites/applications (the "Platforms"), or whose information the Company otherwise gathers, obtains, or processes in connection with the offer and sale of its products ("Producers"). This Policy does not apply to private details acquired offline (unless otherwise stated), the company's websites that do not connect to this policy, customers from countries other than India, or third-party websites to which the platform may connect.

  • By accessing and/or using our platform and providing the information as described in this policy, you consent to the collection and use of the information you disclose on the platform in accordance with this policy, including but not limited to your consent to share your information as described in this policy. We strongly advise you to read our policy on the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information. If any of the terms or policies contained in this policy make you uncomfortable, you may choose to stop using the platform.

  • Furthermore, even if your mobile number is on the DND/NCPR list under the Telecom Commercial Messages Customer Preference Regulations, 2018 ("TRAI Regulations"), you accept and consent to receive all communications relating to our services on the mobile number you gave to the company. Regardless of your registration with the National Do Not Call Registry (in the fully or partially blocked category under the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India's National Customer Preference Register), you hereby express your interest in and make that decision to receive communications (including commercial communications) about the company's services. You also agree that no message from the company or on its behalf will be considered an unsolicited commercial communication under Regulation 2(bw) of the TRAI Regulations and that you have deliberately chosen to receive such communications on the mobile number provided by you.

  • For the purposes of this policy, "Personal Information" refers to any information about you that is shared to and/or collected over the Platform and kept by the company in an appropriate format, provided that it does not include any details that are freely available in the public domain or that is capable of identifying you in combination with other available information or likely to be accessible to the company.

However, except as required to carry out tasks on our behalf or in accordance with legal requirements, these service providers will not be permitted to use or disclose such information;
  • Your personal information is not rented or sold to any third parties by us.
  • We may transfer or disclose your personal information to that business entity if we intend to merge with, sell all or a substantial portion of our business to, or engage in another similar transaction with, that business entity or if required by that business entity. That business entity may then use that information to evaluate the proposed transaction, to operate and manage the affairs of the acquired business, or for other purposes specified in this policy.
